Unresponsive to Warranty - no replies to messages

I purchased a bridge faucet and sprayer in March 2025. The faucet was installed after the 30 day windows when my plumber noticed it was missing an o ring during the install. I promptly emailed Nordbrass and was instructed to purchase another o ring fitting. I get it, it's a tiny part that would probably be cost prohibitive to ship. We found an o ring and purchased, plumber completed install and all was well. Move forward to September, 2025 - we noticed the sprayer had been leaking under kitchen counter, difficult to isolate if it was the sprayer or the hose. I contacted Nordbrass via email to ask for suggestions on troubleshooting. Crickets. No response whatsoever. I emailed Nordbrass several more times including my order number, date of purchase and images of leaking. Still... No reply. I contacted them through WhatsApp, still no reply. Do yourself a favor and find a company that stands behind their products and answers questions after purchase.
I wish I had purchased from another company, one that values craftsmanship and customer service.
