Every Nord Brass fixture combines handcrafted detail with precision industrial manufacturing. Before any product leaves our workshop, it undergoes rigorous quality checks and real-world testing. Our standards cover everything from material selection and installation compliance to ease of maintenance, look, and finish — all in service of one goal: high-end products built to last.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Finish Warranty — All faucets and sinks are backed by a 5-year warranty covering the durability of the finish, ensuring enduring quality and aesthetic appeal.

1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty — Wearable components, including hoses, washers, and seals, are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.

In addition, every order is protected against:

• Items damaged during shipping
• Leaking items or parts
• Products that do not match their images or descriptions

Filing a Claim

If you experience any of these issues, contact us at contact@nordbrass.com with a photo or video and a brief description of the problem. We will, at our discretion, repair the product, ship free replacement parts, or issue a full refund.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please note that this warranty does not cover installation costs, labor charges, or any other consequential expenses.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or homeowner and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

The warranty is void in the following cases:

• Products repaired or altered in any way without prior authorization from Nord Brass
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance or installation
• Products used in a manner contrary to their intended, normal use

A note on installation: damage that occurs during installation is assessed case by case and is not automatically covered. Please handle your fixtures carefully during installation — excessive force can damage the product.

Returns

For reasons not covered above, items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
